Ian Gardiner
Chairperson
I have been interested in photography for nearly 50 years now, my first real camera was a Pentax ME Super. Around the same time, I started developing my own Black and white film, bought an enlarger and did prints up in the attic and was happy with what I produced. Moved to digital and started taking hundreds of pictures, turned into a bit of a “snapper” using Auto mode mostly. So now I’m Chairperson of ABCC and have reverted back to being a novice trying to use Manual settings on my cameras. Every day is a learning day again.
